Accepting the Cleansing Process

Cleansing is an inevitable process of the soul. The universe goes on for eternity. Growth and cleansing are impossible to bypass. Even if we obtain enlightenment, our soul will still have a strong desire to reach higher goals and in doing so, will have to go through, hand in hand, with more cleansing and growth. In other words, when it comes to cleansing, you can run, but you can’t hide.
Growth is designed by the law of the universe to be painful. Which, in my opinion, is masterful, because what better incentive to have the desire to make a change in life, than to experience pain, especially mental pain. The pain we experience while going through this universal love we call growth, can be used as a tool that will lead us to the self-discovery of old stuck patterns lying deep within our consciousness, in forms such as trauma from our childhood, and even trauma from past lives, etc.
Often, we try drugs, drinking and other means to escape our growth and find out later in life that we were only sweeping our feelings and problems under the carpet. We never really get anything accomplished or get to the core of the issue and block our ability to transmute our inner pain to love.
In my opinion, wouldn’t it be better to do the hard work it takes to find out what makes you tick and transmute all those little voices and pain that takes so much of our energy and life force to hold onto, into love and to begin the journey to enlightenment? Enlightenment will be the best drug anyone can ever obtain, because it gives you all the feelings that using drugs did, and it never wears off and so much more.
Enlightenment anchors inside of us qualities such as, things that bothered us before will no longer bother us, increased happiness, joy and most of all, self-love. The difference between drugs and enlightenment is that drugs only last for a short while and need to be replenished after they wear off. Where on the other hand, enlightenment lasts forever, increases our vibration, frequency, energy and we get to take what we learned through the process of achieving enlightenment with us when we leave our body and expand from where we left off when we get to the other side.
So, since we don’t ever stop cleansing, which is the predecessor of growth, it will last for all eternity. Wouldn’t growth be easier to just embrace it? Instead of constantly complaining about growth, getting all wrapped up in old feelings from the past, amplifying old emotions, which in turn, causing life to be much harder for us than it needs to be? Why not choose the loving thing to do when going through the growth process and just accept growth as a natural part of the process leading to love, happiness, joy and balance. There is absolutely no there to get to. I will ask this next question from experience.
If we chose to embrace growth as the natural law leading to the light, wouldn’t that make growth a lot easier?
If we choose to practice embracing growth as a normal part of the process, then the very act of choosing so, will eventually program and shift our consciousness in the same way a mantra does and will, in its own time, cause our energy, vibration and frequency to change and arrive to auto-pilot. This will cause the process of cleansing and growth to shift into a new reality, a new experience and cause the cleansing process to feel like a little mosquito bite, instead of a big volcano inside.
Key: If, when going through growth and you find yourself over focusing on all the feelings and emotional turmoil that comes up, I would recommend, as they say, to turn the other cheek. Stop focusing on all the crap that is coming up repeatedly. After all, the crap is only the old yucky energy coming out. Instead, shift your focus to gratitude. Repeat gratitude affirmations until the growth energy starts to feel better inside. Begin with repeating, “I am so grateful for __________” add what it is you are grateful for.
Example: I am so grateful for my bed. I am so grateful for my pillows. I am so grateful for my growth, because I know it will set me free and that I’m on the right track and so on. Shift your frequency to gratitude by repeating things you’re grateful for, while all the while paying close attention to the new changes you are experiencing and the new realities you’re activating and creating in your life.
“Happy, Happy, Happy!”
Everyone has different timelines when they use tools like this one or any tool for that matter. So, if this exercise takes a year or even more, it doesn’t matter, because I guarantee it will be well worth it and it is a good investment of your time and energy. When you leave this frequency of existence and move to a higher one, you can take this with you and grow from your newly discovered reality, ever higher and lighter.
I would be happy to help you with your cleansing process. Click here to start your process today: Work with Lance.
