Another example, when a person finds they are having a problem in the area of their body that corresponds to a particular chakra, using a stone or crystal that is in alignment with that body issue, can promote healing and greater insight. A person can place the crystal or stone on the chakra related to the problem, begin to breathe through the stone and envision the healing energy coming from the universe and transmitting through the stone into the chakra. Doing this once each day for twenty minutes, until the symptoms begin to dissipate, can give the person the energies for self-healing.
