On Day 9: We drove north to Monument Valley on US-163. We were not disappointed in the beauty of the land. The clouds added drama to the scenes. The sandstone buttes, mesas and soil offered a deep rich rust-red and violet color to our senses.

With the recent rains, the soil was very rusty-red. The energy in this area vibrated in our bodies. The majesty of Mother Earth was breathtaking.

We found a small canyon area to do ceremony. We offered prayers and blessings for the Navajo, the teams, volunteers and donors of the QuestECSS non-profit organization (endingchildsexslavery.org) our family, friends, clients and star-born ancestors. We infused love and blessings into our work. Ceremony was closed with our Native American flute playing.

We returned to our campsite at Sunset View and went on a short hike beyond a fence gate. We intuitively walked up to an area that is considered an archeology site. We found these holes in the rock, filled with rain water, very interesting. These holes are in a line that slants downward and follows a natural groove in the sandstone plateau.
These pools of water could represent pools of opportunities for growth on our natural spiritual path. There is a pre-set destination that we are following that is unique to us. This is a reminder not to worry if we are on the right path or not, because we are in the moment and in our natural flow. We share these possibilities because there is no separation of anything and there is no coincidence.

We returned to our campsite for hotdogs for dinner. We played our card and dice games, then settled into our nightly meditation. Tomorrow will be our departure and journey toward Shiprock, Arizona.
