Day 12
We broke camp and drove to Shiprock, New Mexico. On the way, we saw the “Baby Rocks” took photos. This was named due to the erosion causing formations that look like babies. There are also formations that look like someone kneeling down with prayer hands toward the mountain.

We honored the message and parked our vehicle. We stepped out and walked up to the fence. We sent our love and blessings to the rock formation, to the Navajo stewards of this beautiful land, to all peoples and most of all, Mother Earth, and for her continued blessings in our life.

Afterwards, we drove back to our campsite with fresh ice in our coolers. We washed our hair and waited for nightfall. Before our meditation, Lance took a photo of the moon from his cell phone.
