Day 14-15
In our humble opinion, driving through the painted desert cleanses the soul and spirit. The forest offers a different type of release. The pine trees, clean air and earthy soil feels so good. This is why we love camping. The only thing missing from our camping journey was a campfire. Due to fire restrictions, we weren't allowed to make a campfire. Even though we had lots of rain at Sunset View campground, fires were still not allowed there. Someday…

This part of our journey was to soak in the healing energies of the forest and just relax, doing nothing. Lance's chest and head cold symptoms were gone the morning after I gave him a cold capsule and an energy session back in Sunset View campground. The ravens congregated in campsites after campers departed, picking up left over food crumbs.

We drove through Sedona, Cottonwood, then back to our home.
We are happy about our sacred journey. We felt the souvenir T-shirts are too expensive and frankly, quite boring and blah in color and design. So, we decided to make our own T-shirts.
We found a couple of vendors on Amazon.com where you can design your T-shirt, upload it and they do the rest. This is our first time doing this.

Lance remains the reigning Yahtzee and Mille Bornes champion in our family. One thing we noticed when we play games in our later years, winning is not important as it was when we were children. The most joy comes from playing the game and being happy when a player scores, no matter who it is.
We enjoyed our Sacred Journey and the blessings we received from Mother Earth and people we met. May we continue to walk in love, beauty, peace and harmony.
We hope you enjoyed this journey with us. If you have the opportunity, we recommend you visit these sacred energy spots and experience for yourself, the magic and sacredness of Mother Earth.
